A video from a challenge that I did last week. I was challenged to hold a Tarantula and being arachnophobic it was a big effort for me. A big thank you to Louise & Ellen Blackah for arranging it. It has changed my life and goes to show that you're never too old or too set in your ways to crush fears and limiting beliefs.
